Yes, exclusive territory protection is possible. Your sales territory (region, postal-code area or cities) and the duration of the protection are bindingly documented in the partner contract. Active work in the territory is required.
The contract has an initial term of 6 months. With mutual confirmation it extends by another 6 months and then by a fixed term of 2 years.
